Which you guys prefer nowadays NoSQL like mongodb and cassandra or SQL database?

Hi guys,
I have a NAS device, a QNAP TS-251+ to be exact, this NAS supports Virtualization, which is a feature I really like to use. The bottleneck though: it's only got 2GB of DDR3L pre-installed. I still have a 4GB stick of DDR3-SODIMM laying around, so it would practically fit in the slot. The big question is: will it work? Will it fry my NAS? Obviously I don't want to break my couple of hundred euro's device by a stick of RAM which would only cost me several tens. However, if it would be possible to get 4GB in the device for free, would be better, isn't it?

Do you defrag disc regularly ? Is it required ? If yes, which software do you use ?

Anybody using Allo ? I had it installed. But removed.

They are promoting the camera with all might. Saying things like it has the best camera ever on a smart phone. Did anyone check the review ?

I'm upgrading my laptop RAM into 8GB, currently it has x2 2GB PC3-10600S 1333mhz installed RAM.
Can it be possible to upgrade ram with higher frequency? I was planning to buy x2 4GB PC3-12800S 1600mhz.
